What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out to courts for individual order updates and general status inquiries
- Communicate professionally through phone calls and emails with court personnel and clients
- Process documents and perform data entry tasks using in-house applications
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist courts and customers
- Relay updated information from courts to process servers and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using communication tools like Teams and Zoom

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Document manipulation experience, particularly with PDFs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Quick learner with a willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment
