      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute timely and accurate reconciliation of payment posting activities, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
      - Identify and investigate problems in payment posting and reconciliation processes, communicating trends to leadership
      - Review electronic remittances and resolve posting exceptions and variances for patient claims
      - Collaborate with various departments including revenue cycle, finance, and IT to ensure effective operations
      - Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a High School diploma with three years of relevant work experience
      - Experience in posting insurance and patient payments, cash applications, and electronic payment processing
      - Knowledge of HCFA 1500 and UB04 forms
      - Familiarity with insurance plans and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
      - Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cash reconciliation and payment processes for physician claims and hospital services
      - Understanding of line-level payment posting complexities for physician services
      - Familiarity with Provider Level Balance (PLB) adjustments
