What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct operational site evaluation visits, study initiation visits, and monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols
- Communicate study progress and escalate issues to the appropriate management team
- Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of data queries
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and local regulatory requirements for clinical studies
- Complete monitoring visit reports and keep clinical study tracking databases current

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in a clinical, science, or health-related field
- 2-4 years of clinical monitoring experience
- Fluent in English and the host country language
- Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority regulations regarding drug trials
- Experience in monitoring all trial components from site selection to close-out visits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., registered nurse)
- Experience in coaching or mentoring other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Previous clinical research experience
