What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review CRA regulations and prepare rationale write-ups reflecting the Bank's community impact
- Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs, providing recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate and support volunteer events and activities related to CRA and Community Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding volunteer management inquiries
- Assist with compliance-related duties, including annual Assessment Area delineation and Public File maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Alternatively, High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance
- Experience in a Community Reinvestment Act capacity (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Line of Defense) is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in volunteer management and CRA program compliance
- Experience at an FDIC-regulated financial institution or as an Examiner
- Familiarity with community reinvestment regulations and examination processes
