What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory strategies and initiatives to meet service and inventory goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies and logistics
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts
- Educate customers on inventory management processes and requirements
- Provide on-call support and maintain compliance with FDA regulations and quality requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
- Interest in growing into a clinical role or management position
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
