Contribute to and execute on a shared creative vision, Plays an active role in brainstorming and idea generation with head of creative and key marketing team members
Drive the creative workflow, content creation and production of final assets with the head of creative, in-house creative designers and in-house media production team
Lead concepting, storyboarding, planning, coordinating, editing and managing all aspects of organization, labeling and delivery in order to take all post production to the finish line
Guide and or create short-form film footage, adding motion and design layouts to create compelling video content
Exemplary photography ability to concept and plan a photo shoot, edit and clean images post product, as well as manipulate images for use in multi-media formats – print, packaging, media placement, ecommerce and more
A strong sensibility in typography layout, hierarchy, and design principles
Provides art direction while demonstrating compelling, creative storytelling
Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Collaborate cross-functionally to concept and develop creative that resonates with our target audience
Partner with key stakeholder teams across the organization consistently produce high-performing content
Maintain the highest creative standards and keep up with photo, film, motion, and social trends
Have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and flexibility to context shift
Experience in color correction, retouch and editing a must for both photo and video
Have complete confidence in working with our experts and talent on set
Inspire new ways of thinking, using fresh and unique approaches to filming, video editing and motion graphics
Oversees deliverables, timelines and budgets – consistently delivers on time and in scope
Reviews work, troubleshoots and provides feedback to creative team
Flexibility to travel frequently
PLEASE ADD PORTFOLIO WHEN APPLYIN
Designer II 2-4 years and Designer III 5+ years experience in video production, photo, content creation.
BA / BFA Degree in film, photography, editing, graphic design, or related field
A compelling portfolio reel that has a wide range of filming and editing styles
Advanced knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and proficiency in the full Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Experience creating brand photography (lifestyle and studio) and videos for a variety of platforms
Strong knowledge of social media platforms to maximum reach and engagement.
Recognized expertise in advertising, collateral, identity, interactive design, concepting, film/video, social content
Thought leadership - A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote concepts
Highly creative with a sharp eye for details — You pore over photo, film, animation, design, and current trends for information and inspiration.
Strong knowledge of design elements and principles — You understand the systems of graphic design in order to create work that is both aesthetically beautiful and effective.
Knowledge of proper file handling in a post-production workflow — You understand file formats as well as archival best practices to future-proof further editing needs.
Project Management — Work ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter in every role at.
Collaboration — Work with stakeholders and within the Creative team to develop conceptual ideas and directions for all executions.
Communication — You are comfortable working with all business strategy managers throughout the creative process to meet objectives and timelines. Able to articulately communicate ideas – written, verbally and visually.
Fast-moving, over-motivated, deadline-oriented multitasker
Proven (and provable) expertise in Creative Cloud and other relevant/essential software, Workfront, Asana & Teams
May travel 15-20%

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
