Creative Director Creative Director, Advisors Creative Desk
Overview
• The Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) sits within Mastercard Advisors Client Services and provides clients with creative strategy and assets.
• This role sits within the Europe/MEA ACD team primarily supporting the Europe/MEA region but supporting other regions as needed .
As Creative Director you will have a creative flair, always seeking innovative and new creative directions for our clients. You will relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. You will have solid people management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Your Impressive copy writing skills is a plus.
Role
• As Creative Director, you are responsible for developing creative strategy for our clients. You will ensure the smooth handover and understanding of the creative concepting with your Art director and production team, overseeing the delivery of jobs from brief to execution, through to post-production and launch.
• Managing multiple briefs across categories for distribution on channels.
• Determining quality control standards; adhering to all company policy and external regulatory bodies, and client brand requirements.
• Input to estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget and timescales with internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with Creative Project Manager and Creative Operations Managers.
• Overseeing the Creative Production team ensuring this process is tight and efficient.
• Working alongside the Creative Desk Project Managers and Creative Operations team, you will ensure your creative team work effectively, meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Identifying roadblocks early – specifically capacity concerns - and propose measures to mitigate.
All About You
• Experience as a Creative Director or Art Director
• Proven project and client management experience
• Adept at defining client briefs and presenting concepts back to clients
• Skilled at working under pressure
• Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketingCorporate Security Responsibility
