Job Description

- Oversee project budgets and manage project scope against client expectations
- Coordinate feedback and revisions during post-production
- Draft production plans
- Lead meetings with internal stakeholders of the project
- Provide ongoing communication to ensure the project team are informed
- Organize video shoots, book crews
- Ensure that the shoot days run smoothly and on time
- Produce effective videos to serve campaign priorities
- Assist regional and global teams to produce videos world wide
- Coordinate contracted videographers, editors and post-production artists
- Lead coordination of internal staff and contractors doing work related to video and multimedia, as necessary
- Craft proposals around video strategy
- Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track impact metrics and analyze and share lessons learned during debrief and reflection periods for campaigns and projects
- Work with the wider creative services team (copyrighters, designers etc) and implement internal workflow processes for video production utilizing full team support
- Distribute video footage to partners and stakeholders for review and feedback
- Review briefs to make sure all details are included in order to move forward with the project
- Travel: This role may require occasional travel
