      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategize and communicate design objectives for cross-channel communications
      - Allocate and manage design resources for various print and digital materials
      - Paginate one 100+ page catalog per month
      - Manage freelance print projects and budgets
      - Communicate with print vendors to ensure high-quality print standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or certificate in desktop publishing, graphic design, communications, or related field
      - 7+ years of experience in design and print production
      - 5+ years of experience in leading teams, project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting
      - Thorough understanding of print processes, color theory, and typography
      - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
