      Job Description:

      Position Overview: As a Creative Resource Specialist at Publicis Health Toronto, you will be responsible for strategically allocating and managing resources to ensure the successful execution of healthcare advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with project managers, creative teams, account executives, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Resource Allocation:
        • Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
        • Assess the availability and skills of team members and freelancers to allocate resources effectively.
        • Ensure the right mix of talent is assigned to each project to maximize efficiency and creativity.
      2. Resource Optimization:
        • Continuously monitor resource utilization and project workloads.
        • Proactively identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts.
        • Adjust resource allocations as project priorities evolve.
      3. Talent Development:
        • Collaborate with HR to identify training and development needs within the team.
        • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
        • Promote a supportive environment for team members to grow in their roles.
      4. Forecasting and Reporting:
        • Develop resource forecasting models to anticipate future project demands.
        • Generate regular reports on resource utilization, project status, and performance metrics.
        • Provide insights and recommendations for improving resource management processes.
      5. Client Liaison:
        • Collaborate with account executives to understand client expectations and project objectives.
        • Communicate resource allocation plans and potential adjustments to clients as needed.
        • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within scope.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
