      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on direct response creative and performance marketing channels
      - Analyze split test data to identify successful patterns and optimize creative content across various digital platforms
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and creative testing
      - Create client-facing presentations that educate on creative methodology and performance outcomes
      - Conduct market research to develop detailed customer personas and optimize client customer journeys

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative thought leadership role within a high-volume split testing environment
      - Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms
      - Experience with data analysis to inform creative development and marketing strategies
      - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
