      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate all aspects of payor credentialing and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing process for providers and facilities
      - Maintain data entry of all new and updated provider/facility information into the Credentialing System
      - Complete individual and facility credentialing applications and update rosters and portals as necessary
      - Monitor and verify all provider license records, assisting with monthly license verification reports
      - Collaborate with the Credentialing Team on audits and ensure compliance with industry policies and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of provider/facility credentialing experience, including working with credentialing software
      - Strong knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
      - Excellent data entry skills and the ability to analyze and interpret research findings
      - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Credential Stream/HealthStream
      - Experience in Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and Provider Credentialing
      - Proven ability to partner with internal/external stakeholders and government officials
