      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather necessary information and documentation for credentialing direct care staff with payors
      - Maintain records and manage provider profiles using internal credentialing software and databases
      - Communicate approvals and status updates to department leads and maintain information in the client management system for accurate billing
      - Complete re-credentialing applications as requested by payors
      - Collaborate with the credentialing team and billing staff to resolve denials or authorization issues related to provider credentialing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
      - Excellent customer service skills with clear and effective communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in credentialing or related administrative roles in healthcare settings
      - Knowledge of insurance processes and provider credentialing requirements
