      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the administration and scheduling of professional meetings, seminars, and conferences
      - Prepare various office documents, reports, charts, and graphs, determining format and presentation
      - Provide leadership and guidance to co-workers
      - Respond to inquiries by interpreting established policies and procedures
      - Serve as the primary resource for internal and external contacts regarding program administration and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - If holding an Associate's degree, a minimum of four years of equivalent experience in a related field
      - If possessing a High School diploma or GED, a minimum of eight years of equivalent experience in a related field
      - Exceptional communication skills to explain program services and eligibility
      - Ability to maintain detailed calendars and records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in credentialing or administrative roles within healthcare
      - Familiarity with credentialing systems such as SMS (PRDOC) and ECHO
      - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and events
      - Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role
