      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the initial credentialing and privileging process for new medical staff and allied health professionals
      - Coordinate designated managed care audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with the Director of Medical Staff Services to uphold Medical Staff Bylaws and Joint Commission Standards
      - Maintain accurate data entry and documentation related to credentialing processes
      - Utilize excellent organizational skills to prioritize and accomplish tasks efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical staff services, specifically involving credentialing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
      - Exceptional professional communication skills
      - Strong time management, customer service, organizational, and analytical skills
      - Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) by the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS)
