What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, establish, and maintain credentialing files for various healthcare providers, including physicians and advanced practitioners
- Assist with the preparation and submission of credentialing and re-credentialing applications to ensure compliance and timely processing
- Work closely with hospital administration and managed care plans to manage credentialing processes and maintain accurate provider directories
- Provide support to new physicians in obtaining hospital privileges and necessary licenses
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain the accuracy of credentialing software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related studies preferred
- Experience in healthcare credentialing preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of office machinery
