What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite consumer applications from Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis Dealers, making credit decisions that adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance
- Analyze credit application information using the four C’s of credit, negotiating loan terms with dealers
- Balance production demands while maintaining established service level agreements (SLAs) and participating in team meetings for policy reviews
- Follow up on approvals and pending contracts to enhance dealer portfolio capture rates and assist in funding processes
- Actively engage in coaching sessions to improve individual and team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive finance experience
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail with analytical capabilities
- High school diploma (GED) required; college degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Collections, Funding, Dealer Services, Lease end, or Customer Service
- Familiarity with dealer operations or sales
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of company product offerings and measurement systems
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with customers and associates
