What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite consumer applications from Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis Dealers, making credit decisions that adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance
- Analyze credit applications using the four C's of credit and negotiate loan terms with dealers
- Monitor dealer portfolios to increase capture rates and assist in resolving funding issues
- Participate in performance coaching and development sessions to enhance team performance
- Collaborate across divisions to ensure a seamless customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of automotive finance experience
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- High school diploma (GED) required; college degree preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical skills with a high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with collections, funding, dealer services, or customer service
- Background in auto finance or related fields
- Familiarity with dealer operations or sales
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
