What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite consumer applications from Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis Dealers, making credit decisions per company policies
- Analyze credit applications using the four C's of credit while negotiating loan terms with dealers
- Monitor dealer portfolios and follow up on approvals and pending contracts to enhance capture rates
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to improve individual and team performance
- Collaborate cross-divisionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and support other departments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-year automotive finance experience
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- High school graduate (GED); College Degree preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical with high attention to detail and excellent time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Collections, Funding, Dealer Services, Lease end, or Customer Service
- Familiarity with Dealer operations or Sales
- Auto finance or related background
