What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite consumer applications from Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis dealers, making credit decisions within company policies and regulatory compliance
- Analyze credit applications using the four C's of credit and negotiate loan terms with dealers
- Monitor dealer portfolios and follow up on approvals and pending contracts to increase capture rates
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with cross-division teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-year experience in automotive finance (desirable)
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail and excellent time management abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Collections, Funding, Dealer Services, or Customer Service
- Background in auto finance or related fields
- Familiarity with dealer operations or sales
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with customers and associates
