      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Underwrite consumer credit applications from Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis dealers, making credit decisions based on established policies
      - Analyze information using the four C's of credit and negotiate loan terms with dealers
      - Manage the demands of Production, Sales Support, Risk, and Quality Assessments while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
      - Conduct customer interviews and investigations to facilitate credit decisions and assist in the funding process
      - Actively participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual and team performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of automotive finance experience
      - 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
      - High school diploma (GED) required; college degree preferred
      - Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate effectively with customers and associates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Collections, Funding, Dealer Services, Lease end, or Customer Service
      - Auto finance or related background
      - Familiarity with dealer operations or sales
