What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Utilize third-party data sources and internal systems to ensure accuracy in credit reporting
- Research and respond to disputes received via mail or email, ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain a clear understanding of internal credit-related policies, federal regulations, and credit industry standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Experience with e-Oscar and credit reporting processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in dispute resolution
