What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a formal credit training program with rotations through various lending groups
- Conduct financial statement analysis and create credit memoranda for loan requests
- Analyze risks associated with Automated Clearing House transactions and bank vendors
- Attend Credit Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Engage in projects such as analyzing new borrowers during bank acquisitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Detailed working understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and internet research tools
- Outstanding critical thinking, presentation, and communication skills
