What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage customer receivables while ensuring compliance with credit policies
- Analyze A/R aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and maximize cash flow
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and customers regarding credit issues
- Reconcile and resolve disputes related to non-payment with the sales organization
- Enforce credit and collections policies, ensuring clear communication of expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of credit and collection experience required
- Minimum of a one-year degree in Accounting or a two-year degree in Business or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate/advanced Excel
- Ability to analyze data and develop solutions to enhance organizational processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana and familiarity with web-based accounts payable portals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Previous experience in a cooperative or agricultural setting
