What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance and drive successful execution
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to determine requirements and priorities
- Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely delivery
- Determine appropriate credit limits and terms for credit card applicants
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends to recommend strategies for risk mitigation and profitability optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Credit Card, Loans, or other financial services
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience in analyzing large data sets
- Knowledge of Tableau, Python, R, or SAS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

- Experience in a fintech or fast-growing consumer startup environment
- Proficiency in forecasting models, such as time series forecasting
