What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures to assist over 100 customers daily
- Navigate computerized systems for responding to customer questions and troubleshooting issues
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management as necessary
- Provide empathetic support on inquiries related to reward redemptions, card activations, and payment processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to primarily remain in a stationary position for the duration of shifts
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
