What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Assist over 100+ customers daily in a fast-paced call environment
- Navigate computerized systems for responding to and troubleshooting customer questions
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate office equipment such as a computer, telephone, printer, and calculator
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
