What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and respond to credit disputes and ID theft claims
- Research and resolve credit bureau disputes and ID theft investigations
- Validate or update reporting of consumer debt in e-OSCAR
- Provide written documentation to consumers upon request
- Retain evidence of credit bureau dispute investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED, College diploma preferred
- 2+ years of experience responding to credit disputes or conducting ID theft investigations
- Excellent understanding of Metro 2 reporting guidelines and the e-Oscar portal
- Good knowledge of credit reporting responsibilities under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Ability to follow a standard path of resolution and determine exceptions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consumer finance experience
- Familiarity with the AUD process
