What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative factors, including ESG, that impact fixed income investments for assigned sectors
- Publish and maintain comprehensive issuer and sector research, building financial models to assess credit metrics and cash flows
- Present research opinions and advocate for relative value ideas within the team
- Monitor market developments and communicate credit strategies to the investment team
- Collaborate with colleagues to support client service needs and engage in team discussions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in credit research
- Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and relative value analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or progress towards is preferred
