      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and maintain sub-ledgers, reconcile, and research accounts to clear variances
      - Assist in audits and reconciliations on various account types, including loans and credit cards
      - Handle escalations related to complex credit bureau inquiries and disputes
      - Create and analyze reports to ensure compliance with required timelines and regulations
      - Independently resolve member disputes and provide support throughout the department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; AA degree in accounting preferred
      - At least three years of experience performing journal entry, reconciliation, and research work in a financial institution
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated knowledge of financial institution products, services, and policies
      - Proficiency in accounting rules, regulations, and ten-key skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with General Ledger (GL) systems and Journal Voucher (JV) protocols
      - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in balancing and reconciling accounts
