What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform loan level credit reviews, trending, and root cause analysis of post-funding defects
- Manage assigned Credit Risk Processes including FEMA Disaster and Undisclosed Debt Monitoring
- Analyze and recommend credit risk business rules in loan origination systems
- Support rebuttal strategies to investors for loan level noncompliance
- Collaborate with Credit Risk leadership and assist in managing the Challenged Loan Inventory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of related experience and education
- Minimum of 2 years in the mortgage or financial services industry with expertise in processing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Word/PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in developing and conducting loan level reviews and examinations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Recent degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a related field
- Experience interacting with external agencies, investors, and insurers
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information effectively
