What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute key deliverables while developing a deep understanding of the program
- Monitor credit risk limits and regulatory frameworks, resolving issues independently or escalating as necessary
- Prepare and present reports addressing management update needs and facilitate agenda-driven meetings
- Collaborate with technology partners to design and deliver automation solutions and technology projects
- Identify areas for control improvement and implement continuous enhancements for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience in a financial services institution or corporate control function
- Strong background in credit risk management, audit, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with a range of traded products in wholesale lending and capital markets
- Proven experience in program/project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and lead organizational change

- Experience in driving change and innovation in risk management and control processes
- Strong technical skills in MS Office, Excel, Jira, and presentation tools
- Ability to think strategically and analytically in a fast-paced environment
