What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review initial credit applications for prospective renters and oversee the approval process
- Organize and maintain customer documentation in spreadsheets
- Verify renter information with state records and manage the credit report process
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Manager to ensure thorough credit report analyses
- Onboard customers into the rental platform and communicate credit limits and onboarding details
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, finance, or lending
- Strong analytical thinking skills and knowledge of economics, accounting, and finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
