- Create, update, and maintain customer credit files while understanding financial statements
- Monitor accounts receivable and take necessary actions to ensure timely collections
- Reconcile customer accounts at a detailed level and resolve billing issues
- Proactively report past due issues to upper management
- Assist in cash posting and support team members as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of accounting experience
- Strong account reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- SAP skills
