      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage order activity, disputes, and collections for assigned portfolio of accounts
      - Perform collection and reconciliation work on receivables and document all customer interactions in SAP
      - Analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness
      - Monitor accounts with past due balances and communicate with customers regularly
      - Assist in system improvements and evaluate current processes for efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of commercial credit, collections, and accounts receivable experience in a manufacturing or sales environment
      - NACM credit certification preferred; CBA, CBF, CCE
      - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
      - SAP experience preferred
      - Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities

      - Technical agility in system process improvement and automation solutions
      - Proven track record of minimizing bad debt write-offs and improving collection processes
