      Crew Accommodations Quality Assurance Specialist

      What We Need

      FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Crew Ops Quality Assurance Specialist within our Lodging division. This position falls under our TA Connections line of business and is located in our Dallas, Texas office. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities pertaining to the Quality of Airline Operation Crew Lodging Reservation Transactions that support TA Connections’ clients with Crew Lodging. This position will report to the direct line of the Operations Management Team and will be responsible for the review of pending Crew travel accommodations and transportation needs.

      As a Crew Ops Quality Assurance Specialist you will be expected to work onsite, at our Dallas TX office. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

      Role Responsibilities


      The responsibilities of the role will include:

      • Reviewing all related AA Crew Lodging Hotel and Transportation reservations prior to departure to minimize unnecessary disruption or delays.
      • Being able to utilize DECS, Connex, Bizhero and any affiliated technology during the review process.
      • Acting as the main liaison between Operations, Management, and the training department in all Quality Assurance matters as they relate to Crew Lodging.
      • Developing a structure that includes, but not limited to prioritization of all travel requests including hotel and transportation needs to ensure the timely operation of all airline departures.
      • Communicating with internal departments and management to resolve problems, expedite training and report on consistent issues that may require further agent training and awareness.
      • Ensuring prior Crew travel is arranged within all guidelines as set forth by the Client and/or any related Union requirements to facilitate a smooth and seamless experience for the Crew member.
      • Correcting reservations as needed prior to Crew Travel and documenting internal tracking system accordingly.
      • Providing guidance and knowledge to the Management / Supervisory team ensuring that they understand the impact of errors and omissions to Crew Reservations.
      • Assisting with other tasks or special projects as assigned by manager.
      • Being a champion and Subject Matter Expert of internal and external policies and procedures.
      • Coordinating and manage reservation bookings and oversights.
      • Contributing to development and maintaining tracking systems as they relate to Quality Assurance
      • Gathering information of “Airline-specific” and “generic” processes processes to submit recommendations, changes and updates to Training Agenda, Topics, Material, and approach to avoid future Crew Lodging Issues.
      • Working in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
      • Adjusting hours and days of work to meet trainees time zones and availability (late/early hours, holidays, weekends) based on business needs

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree.
      • 2+ years training or equivalent experience.
      • 2+ years of experience working in an operational customer service environment (airline/hotel industry preferred)
      • Attention to detail and a desire and ability to deliver a polished product.
      • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
      • Ability to influence others with strong interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to generate rapport with a wide audience of people of various cultures.
      • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
      • Extremely organized. Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
      • Demonstrate a passion for learning and developing employees at all levels.
      • Strong listening, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
