Working Hours: Permanent position, to a rotating day/night roster, with weekend shifts included

DHL Air is largest all-cargo air carrier in the UK, operating a fleet of B757-200SF, B767-300F and B777-200F aircraft on worldwide operations. We are looking to appoint self-motivated individual that is people and service focused. Someone who gets it right first time, shows passion in their work and has the “Can Do” spirit that made DHL world leading in Logistics.

To qualify for this opening you ideally have a Crewing or logistics background, with the ability to work within a small and busy team and the drive to ensure our continued success and growth.

The Role:

• To ensure all DHL Air flights are crewed in a safe, efficient, legal and cost efficient way, in accordance with UK FTL and company Scheduling Agreements.

The Requirements:

• Previous Crewing Officer experience is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidate
• Knowledge of the AIMS Airline Information Management System is desirable.
• Hold five GCSE’s – A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office packages including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.

•A “hands-on” people person with a flair and maturity for working in a dynamic and responsible position.
•High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
• The ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Greatteam working skills with the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels.
