Salary: Admin hourly rate: $15.00 | Job time hourly rate: $28.00 - $31.00 based on experience

Driver’s license and a clean driving history required.

Shop Supervisor

We are currently searching for an Shop Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and procedure, and customer service. We are committed to training our technicians for success.

What you’ll do:

• Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
• Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
• Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
• Onsite supervision and support of the Technician(s) in various biohazard remediation projects, including suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, viral disinfection, and more.
