      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure safety and security of clients while providing supervision and crisis management
      - Maintain communication with Centralized Placement Support Unit (CPSU) staff to support effective supervision
      - Assist clients in de-escalating following crisis situations and document incidents
      - Develop and implement Action Plans for children exhibiting high-risk behaviors
      - Create a positive group environment that promotes youth safety and development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS Degree or Child Development Teaching Permit, or related qualifications with experience working with youth
      - Must have Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification and Mastered TCI - LSI 1 Status
      - Valid California Driver's License and ability to meet agency driving eligibility
      - Must be at least 21 years of age
      - Must pass First Aid and CPR certification courses within specified timeframes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a group home or short-term therapeutic center for at least one year
      - Knowledge of child/adolescent development and crisis intervention techniques
      - Strong leadership and organizational skills
      - Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to relate positively to children and families while maintaining appropriate boundaries
