      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors of callers
      - Complete risk assessments to ensure caller safety and well-being
      - Utilize programmatic systems to support effective monitoring and progress tracking
      - Collaborate with Crisis Response Services across the state
      - Provide 24-hour telephone response for adults, families, and children in mental health crisis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent college coursework
      - MHRT-CSP certification required within 30 days of employment
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Previous experience in crisis intervention or call center environment preferred
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in crisis intervention or customer service in a mental health-related field
