      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors of callers
      - Complete risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of callers in crisis
      - Utilize effective programmatic systems for monitoring and performance measures
      - Collaborate with Crisis Response Services across various districts in the state
      - Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent college coursework (90 credit hours) accepted
      - Ability to earn the MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
      - Strong oral communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple parties during crisis calls
      - Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
      - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and other required screenings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience dealing with mental illness personally or professionally
      - Interest in increasing knowledge and skills related to mental health
      - Familiarity with DSM-V information
      - Ability to manage complex tasks effectively
      - Flexibility in work schedule availability
