What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build rapport with individuals in crisis by showing empathy and creating a safe, non-judgmental space
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of callers
- Develop crisis stabilization plans with callers, prioritizing their well-being and autonomy
- Collaborate with community partners and service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain regular communication with the team and supervisors through virtual meetings and messaging platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate's degree is required
- Ability to earn the MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
- Solid oral communication skills to engage with callers in a friendly manner
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and other necessary screenings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of relevant experience in a behavioral health or human services setting
- Familiarity with DSM-V information
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and understand documentation software and resource applications
