What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians and interns/practicum students
- Conduct outpatient counseling services, including individual, group, and family therapy
- Perform intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for service recipients
- Assist service recipients in linking to internal and external resources as outlined in their treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate service recipient progress, including conducting follow-up services as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Valid LISW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC certification/licensure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of program planning, evaluation, and basic marketing techniques

- Experience in providing clinical supervision
- Proficiency in problem-solving and crisis intervention techniques
- Familiarity with behavioral health program standards and regulations
- Knowledge of community resources related to behavioral health services
