      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals contacting the 988 Lifeline
      - Conduct assessments of individual safety and risk levels using established protocols
      - Develop safety plans and empower individuals to utilize coping strategies
      - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions while adhering to privacy regulations
      - Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for individuals in crisis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Minimum of one (1) year of crisis or call center experience
      - Intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Ability to type 50 words per minute
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in crisis intervention or suicide prevention
      - Thorough understanding of behavioral and mental health issues
      - Experience in providing support during mental health crises
      - Familiarity with community resources and mental health services
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
