What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-person and telehealth crisis response and assessment services to individuals experiencing mental health crises
- Maintain accurate records of all client contacts and ensure timely data entry for follow-up needs
- Deescalate crisis situations and conduct thorough risk assessments for safety planning
- Make appropriate referrals for treatment while ensuring psychiatric needs are met
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, community agencies, and mental health consumers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual formats
- Knowledge of crisis intervention skills

- Experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention settings
