What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide face-to-face, phone, and telehealth crisis response and assessment services to individuals in mental health crises
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts and document follow-up needs for team coordination
- Demonstrate crisis intervention skills and deescalate crisis situations effectively
- Make appropriate referrals for least restrictive treatment to meet psychiatric needs
- Attend team meetings and complete required online training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field
- Ability to effectively communicate via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
