What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate support to members over the phone during self-defense incidents
- Advocate for members and guide them through legal, emotional, and financial aspects of their situation
- Maintain availability and accessibility to members throughout the shift
- Prepare incident reports and document member interactions thoroughly
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive member support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales, particularly in managing sensitive information by phone
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain calm and poise under pressure while demonstrating empathy in communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis management or similar roles
- Knowledge of firearms laws and self-defense principles
- Familiarity with the U.S. Concealed Carry Association and its mission
