What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate support to members during self-defense incidents via phone
- Address the holistic needs of members, including legal, emotional, and financial aspects
- Advocate for members and connect them with appropriate services
- Maintain detailed records and prepare incident reports
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and other stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales, especially in handling sensitive information
- Strong computer navigation skills, familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
