      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide immediate member support over the phone, partnering with internal and external stakeholders
      - Remain available and accessible to members via phone for the entire shift
      - Advocate for members involved in lawful self-defense incidents
      - Prepare incident reports and provide detailed notes to colleagues
      - Provide holistic care to members addressing various needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Prior work history in customer service and/or sales
      - Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in software
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
      - Strong listening skills and effective communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing complex, confidential, and sensitive information by phone
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Demonstrated core values aligned with those of the employer
