What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as HubSpot admin, creating workflows, custom objects, and integrations to meet business needs
- Develop reporting to help business leaders understand performance metrics
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations process from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to implement process improvements and share insights
- Oversee systems and data administration, recommending tools for better data quality and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a power user or admin with HubSpot or a similar system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and automation tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in revenue operations or a related field
- Basic SQL and/or programming experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals
- A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field
